Doing business on a wing and a prayer

Saturday, March 27th, 2010

Franceen was recently interviewed by Stacey Tenebaum, of the Montreal Gazette.

How did you get the idea to open an angel store?

It started 12 years ago. I had a partner, and we both wanted to do something together. We sat down and did some talking and decided to open a store. We wanted to do something spiritual, so we said what kind of store? Well, an angel store.

Didn’t you worry the concept was a bit too specialized?

We did a lot of research on what was out there, and we found that there was a huge movement toward spirituality. People want hope. How are you going to find hope and strength if you’re not looking to something? Who better to look to than the messengers of God? And who are the messengers of God? They’re angels.

Stormy Weather

Wednesday, February 14th, 2007

Well it might be stormy here in Montreal but the warmth of Valentines Day can cozy up our hearts. It is Raphael’s day today, Wednesday, the angel of healing. I can’t wait to see what Raphael and all the angels bring me today. First off I bought myself some flowers. Happy Valentines Day to me!I had a lovely customer Marie Ange come in last night just before closing the store to bring me a Valentine Heart. How sweet was that? In return I had hugs and have yummy chocolate for her and all my customers today. It’s really so nice; I have received cards and calls from clients sending me love. I truly am blessed being surrounded by angels of all kinds and am so grateful everyday. I here lovely stories about how people just having an angel in there room helped in their passing. Ups and down are part of our human experience I was writing my son just this morning; but being a part of this safe haven AngeNeige where people come to and share in the peace for a portion of their day and take a little away with them either spiritually or physically makes it all worth while. Thank you all so much.
