In this bilingual workshop, you will learn how to open your voice and explore sacred sound through breathwork, toning, mantras and chants in Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Tibetan and Sanskrit. You will learn how to use sound as a healing modality.

You will then have the chance to practice what you have learned in a sound circle using, in addition to your own voices, singing bowls, bells and fairy balls, while your facilitator joyfully accompanies you on Celtic harp.

It is with great pleasure we welcome Sandra Richmond back to Ange Neige for a meditation and spirit message circle on Wednesday, February 18th from 6:30pm – 9pm.
