In this bilingual workshop, you will learn how to open your voice and explore sacred sound through breathwork, toning, mantras and chants in Hebrew, Latin and Sanskrit.
You will learn how to create and choose music that promotes inner peace and deep relaxation, and you will have the chance to practice what you have learned in a sound circle using, in addition to your own voices, singing bowls, bells and fairy balls, while your facilitator joyfully accompanies you on Celtic harp.
No musical experience is necessary – but musicians will learn many ways they can enrich their own music.

Bio:

Lisa Lewak-Brun is a qualified practitioner, consultant & therapist in Natural Health & Alternative Medicine, as well as an instructor in Healing Qi Gong & Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been studying & training in Native Indian Shamanism & Healing for the last 7 years. Lisa has been an educational, language teacher & lecturer for 27 years. She has worked & lived around the world in China, Hong Kong, Japan, France, South America, Middle East & is at present based in Montreal.
